Basics/recent research
The erythrocytes of humans are naturally surrounded by a plasma protein film; its weight was first measured by LINKE and ROSE as 3.48 x 10-12 grams of protein per erythrocyte. The natural plasma protein film on the surface of the erythrocytes is caused by an enrichment of macroglobulin, fibrinogen, gamma globulin and pre albumin. The protein film of a sick person does not only have a different mixture but also a different appearance.
In a dissertation, GRAMLICH presents the results of biochemical and biophysico - chemical examinations in the receptor function of erythrocytes and comes to the following conclusions:
- The protein absorption of the erythrocytes increases, depending on the acid amount of the acid-base-balance.
- Protein substances of micro-organic origin are absorbed like typical plasma proteins.
- The tendency to absorb protein substances is much higher if foreign proteins in the form of antigen-antibody complexes exist (allergies).
- Therefore, foreign proteins, medicine and micro organismic substances which enter the blood under clinical circumstances are of special interest (test exclusion).
- Due to the (receptive) absorption processes of foreign proteins, micro organisms or even their individual components, the erythrocytes are damaged (damage of the membrane) and are subject to an accelerated intra- or extravascular decomposition (waste management function).
As a result, the erythrocytes, abundantly equipped with multivalent absorption properties, are a useful defence instrument for the organism. Moreover, in addition to their huge surface (>4,000 m²) and their almost ubiquitous presence everywhere in the body, they have an inexhaustible regenerative potential.
We can therefore conclude that the mutation of the natural plasma film reacts according to pathological processes effecting the erythrocytes.
What is the main focus of the OET?
Early discovery of tumours, supervised therapy for tumours, precancerosis, metaphylaxis of tumor patients, cancer prevention.
The OET with its combination of the annular section around the erythrocytes and plain area of the erythrocytes makes a reproducible quantified valuation of the situation of a cancer patient possible. The natural plasma protein film is reduced step by step and replaced by foreign proteins; the erythrocytes appear to be thicker and then lose substancer final destruction
Immune system
The OET helps to evaluate the phagocytosis-activity of the leucocytes: Rounded, vacuolizated leucocytes reveal a strain of the phagocytosis. Meanwhile, concave - like erythrocytes which lye very close to the leucocytes indicate a good phagocytosis - capability without any strain. A good phagocytosis - capability indicates an intact immune system!
Control of the thrombocytic system
The OET provides an excellent statement about the function of the thrombocytic system (important for all heart-cycle-diseases). Large thrombocytes indicate an increased consumption in the circulation, as it is usual for diabetes, arteriosclerosis and para neoplasmatic syndromes. It also indicates thrombocytes activating factors and stress.
