The optical Erythrocytes Test

The erythrocytes of humans are naturally surrounded by a plasma protein film; The natural plasma protein film on the surface of the erythrocytes is caused by an enrichment of macroglobulin, fibrinogen, gamma globulin and pre albumin. The protein film of a sick person does not only have a different mixture but also a different appearance.

The results of biochemical and biophysicochemical examinations in the receptor function of erythrocytes shows us the following:

  • The protein absorption of the erythrocytes increases, depending on the acid amount of the acid-base-balance.
  • Protein substances of micro-organic origin are absorbed like typical plasma proteins.
  • Analysis of the OET

    The optical erythrocytes test (OET) by Prof. Arno Linke which we practice examines not only the periphery of erythrocytes but also differences in its plain area, the pallor area. It correlates with the growth- and regeneration-readiness of the probant.
